Van Gogh Sunflower Bowls

Well, school holidays are just about to finish and this is one of my project ideas for this coming term (I will post more photos when we manage to finish them!)

Update: I have just finished this project with a group of Year 4's and 5's - the results are stunning and they really love their finished bowls!

    1. Hi Lissy, from memory I got the plastic bowls in sets of 5 from a $2esque shop in a shopping centre on Grt Eastern Hwy? It's the same place that has the Therapy Focus offices (hope that helps!)

  2. Fab thanks Chani! Shall go looking! We don't have a kiln though so that may be a problem?? I am new to art teaching...not an artist just love art! Do you think the air dry clay would work?? We are growing giant sunflowers to do something about Van Gogh :)
